Terms and conditions for using our services
By accessing and using TheDreamingTreeSweeps services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
TheDreamingTreeSweeps provides professional tree care services including but not limited to tree sweeping, maintenance, pruning, removal, and landscape consultation services.
Services are scheduled by appointment. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Emergency services may be subject to different terms and pricing.
Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Late payments may be subject to additional fees.
We carry comprehensive liability insurance and are bonded. Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided. Property owners are responsible for marking underground utilities and sprinkler systems.
Client grants permission for our team to access the property during scheduled service times. We are not responsible for damage to unmarked underground utilities, sprinkler systems, or other hidden obstacles.
We guarantee our workmanship for 30 days from service completion. This guarantee covers the quality of work performed but does not cover natural events or conditions beyond our control.
Any disputes arising from our services will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
